Hey, I’m Samuel.
Most of my time is spent trying to understand how the brain handles sensory input and how we can translate neural activity into something useful. I also enjoy building digital products; both are really the same interest expressed differently. I'm drawn to anything that helps people work, think, or simply live with less friction, regardless of their physical state.
Outside of that, I like drawing, neoclassical and electronic music, fiction, anything about astronomy and spaceflight, and a person. I would also love to hear from you.
On living
I believe life is best lived with very little ego and an unwavering commitment to evaluating your own output honestly.
Growth comes from continually narrowing the gap between what you think you've done and what you've actually done.
